AMAZING and well worth it!! I got mine for nursing school and my professor had the same exact one. Well worth it in my opinion I was able to hear clearly heart and bowel sounds.

Classic for a reason
Super thick tubing feels great in the hand. I’m just an EMT, and the cardiology iv is more than I need probably, but it sounds incredible. I’ve never had an issue using it.

Cardiology II vs Cardiology IV
I ordered in black and pink. Returning the pink (it’s a bubble gum pink, looks cheap). The Cardiology IV (black) is an upgrade from my 1992 Cardiology II (burgundy). The acoustics of both are excellent. The weight about the same. The IV replacement parts fit the II. The diaphragm and bell are built differently (see pics). The II has natural rubber tubing. The IV is a synthetic material, pretty flexible, feels a bit sticky on the skin. I really love the IV but was so happy to be able the restore my old II. The rim, seals, earpieces dry rot over time. The tubing hasn’t deteriorated at all. I ordered Littmann Cardiology IV replacement parts on Amazon and luckily they fit the II just fine. I’m super happy to have my old scope up and running again. Plan to use for charity medical clinics and the new one for cardio specifically needs.

Excellent frequency range makes hearing a variety of sounds easier.
Comfortable fit and excellent acoustic transmission. Better than my other Littmans. Great price.

Würde ich mir jederzeit wieder kaufen. Das Classic III kommt zwar einigermaßen ran, aber man hört Geräusche noch viel besser! Hätte ich nicht gedacht, habe jetzt beide für unterschiedliche Zwecke.

It has a small hole on the plum coloured part

Was a bit worried about some negative reviews regarding fake and poor quality products, because it's a non returnable product. But took the risk and it's truly a littmann, the sound is absolutely amazing!
