That's it! That's my yarn!
This yarn truly feels like petting an alpaca. It is heavenly soft, not scratchy at all, it is easy to work with and does not split apart all the time, it can be used straight from the skein without tangling up in the bowl. The colors come out just as expected, and if it wasn't for the price, I'd use this beautiful yarn for every project from now on. Will be coming back!

I ordered the pink mauve. It looks so lovely in the picture. But it is nowhere close to that color. It is a dark mauve. It is really soft though.

Wonderful yarn.
Very luxurious yarn. I never use acrylic. I suppose I’m a knitting snob, but when I take time and effort to make something for someone, I want it to be fabulous. This yarn is just that. I am making winter hats for my two little grandchildren, and they will be warm, soft, and comfy. That’s why I knit.

Soft...but flaky???
The yarn is very soft and I believe this is just what Alpaca fur does. But it literally flakes around like cat hair! I couldn't really give the hat to anyone because its more messy than it is pleasant to wear. I'm sorry, I know it's not the company's fault. Its just what alpaca hair does.
