Olympia U.S.A. Luggage Cosmopolitan Rolling Shopper Tote, City, One Size

I absolutely love this bag. I use it for grocery shopping. I don't own a car and the grocery store is about a 15 minute walk. They fit a lot of items and I never have to worry about the weight of the items. They roll easily on the street and everything still seems sturdy. I also like that you can zip the top. It protects the contents but it also keeps things private; other people don't need to know what I just bought. I've had a few people ask me where I got them. I also like that this reduces to a regular tote size when the handle is down and the strap fits comfortably enough on my shoulders. It's how I carry it when empty to the grocery store rather than rolling around an empty bag. I highly recommend it!

2 years ago, I purchased this bag (I Love New York version) at a Ross in Texas. I needed an small carry-on bag. It was $19.99 and a better option than luggage. It was 20" and met the carry-on guideline.It is very room inside. I used it to carry my purse, laptop, tablet, shopping bags,shoes, etc.I travel 3-5 days for work. I have been trough 2 rolling file/organizing carts (the pieces fall off and the bottom cracked quickly.) I routinely use this rolling bag instead for overnight travel (small than my rolling Samsonite luggage bag) or my day trips (it is great for carrying large office files, presentation materials, laptop, etc).I get rave rave reviews for this bag. It is easier to handle than the rolling carts (the bag has handles). the Bag is also easier to tote around than the rolling carts.Just noticed my bag has a 3 inch gash 2 weeks ago; the gash has not ripped, spread or moved at all. I will find strong adhesive to repair it. I love this bag and will use it until the wheels fall off. But, I may reconsider lugging the "heavy" office equipment in, though.I have purchases the Cosmopolitan Shopper for a friend going a trip

I was so happy to receive this! I had submitted a request some time ago and then forgot about it. I had even searched online to see where else I could order it, but it had been out some time ago that they were sold out from other merchants as well. So I put a request in but expected that no more would come in. So what a happy surprise when it showed up at my door! Construction seems sturdy enough for what it is. I haven’t used it yet, but it is what I expected. I like the reinforcing stitched in straps along the front and they are decorative too, as you can tell in pictures. There is an additional pocket inside. I like that the fabric is coated so it seems to be easy to wipe off and clean. The telescoping handle does seem a bit flimsy for the height of the bag but it is about what I expected as I see this as a shopper bag, and I do not consider this luggage. I plan to use it as a shopper bag, or when I go to the beach. If I ever use it for travel, I will not ever check it. It will keep with me as I would a nice handbag. If you get this because you love the look of it, then why would anyone check it in as standard luggage just so it would be thrown about to get torn up? I’m happy to have mine and plan to keep mine looking nice!

I'm a teacher and have recently had some back problems. I could no longer lift my bag but needed one that could carry my laptop as well as all the papers I take home, my lunch, water bottle, pencil bag, etc. A normal rolling briefcase doesn't hold all of that. I like having all the pockets in my Vera Bradley shoulder bag so I just put it inside this bag. This bag is plenty big enough and wider than I thought it would be. It could easily hold 3 or 4 teachers editions of a textbook. The bottom is extra enforced and there's a liner inside that protects items from the handle when it's collapsed inside. The zipper area has about a 3" wide extra piece of fabric on each side that helps leave room for the items inside when it's closed. It has an extra enforcement on the end when it's unzipped so the zipper doesn't go too far and come off. For the price and what I need it for, this seems to be a great choice. I'm looking forward to using it daily.

I'm preparing to begin my 25th year of teaching. I love my tote bags but my chiropractor recommended I lighten my bag. So, I ordered this. The handle retracts and zips away if you want to hide it. It is tall enough for me (I'm 5'5") and the shoulder straps are long enough to go over my shoulder if I so desire. The top zips, clean across without gaps on the ends. There is a large patch pocket on the outside of the bag but it doesn't have much give (I'm not sure what size water bottle you could put into it). The bag is definitely large enough to hold more than 3 plastic grocery bags, in height, width and depth. This particular print is adorable and I'd honestly use all of the prints. I don't take my laptop every day but my MBA, lesson plan books, lunchbox and my wacky drama teacher stuff is going to fit marvelously into this. I'm hoping my shoulder and back issues will be greatly alleviated by this. I've tried to address several of the comments I've seen but hit me up if you have comments and I'll reply back. The only thing I wish is that it had at least one interior pocket. I plan to use a pencil pouch, carabiner and clove hitch one inside for my lip balm, hand sanitizer, paper clips, etc. (all the tiny stuff that ends up in the bottom).

I purchased this bag a few years back from a department store. I used it so much and kept it in the sunlight that it started cracking. I wanted another just exactly like this because of the old world maps on the design. I went online and couldn't find it anywhere until I found it on Amazon. Bravo to AMAZON. I finally got my bag back and I still love it. It has the capability to turn 360 degrees, with an inside pocket and spacious outside pocket and a sturdy bottom as well as a zipper close on the top. As far as I know this company carries other designs and colors. It's a must have for the gym, beach, pool or travelling.
