Amazon Basics 15.6 in Laptop Bag with Shoulder Strap and Handle, Large Capacity, Spacious Compartments, Black

This is a really basic case but it fits and looks amazingly great. This one fit my 15" laptop without any issues. The padded interior provides a bit of protection. The zipper side pockets are perfect. I use this to visit different campuses and holds just enough for field work. The price is right and compared to the name bags, this is a great bargain for a quality case.

I needed a case for my new HP Pavilion 17" laptop. I didn't need anything fancy or with all kinds of special features. I didn't need one with a lot of extra storage space beyond what was required for the laptop, its power adapter and cord, and a small mouse. And above all I didn't want one with a large, bulky profile, one that would feel like I was carrying--or rolling--a small suitcase. Turns out this AmazonBasics bag was just what I was looking for. It is indeed slim and compact, and it's lightweight to boot (only weighing about 1 lb.). And even when it's filled to the brim and weighs a good bit more, it STILL looks slim and compact. For its economical price point, it is constructed very well, and thus should be quite durable for light to moderate use. The stitching is very tight and clean, with even strong, "zipper-stay" stitching being included on this inexpensive bag. The zippers themselves (which I tend to be picky about) are of very good quality, and open and close without much effort. The zipper pulls are ample in size and weight, and are very strong and sturdy. In other words, they're NOT cheap. I appreciate the case's simple yet thoughtful design. I especially like the single, large, zippered pocket on the front "face" of the bag, where you can easily and conveniently keep oft-used items such as your phone, keys, power bank, and so forth. Too many laptop bags' outside pockets are unzippered, which I find both impractical and unsafe. The AmazonBasics bag holds my laptop snugly and securely, yet I can still manage to squeeze in extra padding (about 3/8" thick and 1.5" wide) all around its perimeter. I do this because the case provides only the most minimal of padding throughout. (Mind you, I wouldn't have expected sufficiently thick padding on a bargain bag such as this one, but it's worth bringing attention to nonetheless.) The upshot here is that, as well constructed as this case is, it's not designed to protect our laptops from accidental drops onto hard surfaces. There simply isn't enough shock-absorbing padding. But frankly I'm not that worried about accidental drops. Rather, for my most pressing general needs--storing or transporting my laptop and keeping it free from dust, scratches, dents and the like--this AmazonBasics bag really fits the bill. It's easy to carry, and it's easy (and quick) to access your laptop. I'm VERY happy with it, would buy another one without hesitation, and I highly recommend it! Finally, my goal as a reviewer is always to try and help others make better informed decisions about potential Amazon products they may be considering. I love this bag. It was affordable, and it has plenty of compartments to store my cords and portable drives. It is fun to be able to get work done at coffee shops and theme parks etc...

Spacious, lightweight, and easy to carry. Good quality and great value for the price.

I got this bag to use as a laptop sleeve in my backpack, because I honestly don't trust cheap stuff on amazon anymore, so I got something that would likely be more sturdy, a bag instead of a sleeve. Protection is decent and the zippers, material, construction, and overall feel, don't come off as cheap at all. There could be a bit more padding, but for the quality of bag I got for the price, it's a steal. There's an outside compartment, with folder like flaps inside, where you can use this bag as a folder too. 4.5/5 product and wish there was more padding pro protection Strap is removeable to use which is nice for carrying like a suit case, or using as a sleeve in a bag

This laptop bag is good quality and low price. It fit smaller sized laptops and tablets.

I bought this for my 11" MacBook Air. For the previous year or so I've been using the very nice, and very expensive leather Twelve South Book Book case. While it's a very classy looking case, its functionality is pretty much limited to being a leather zippered sleeve; an expensive leather sleeve that ended up being useless because the zippers on each side broke rendering it impossible to close. When I received this bag the other day it reminded me of why I never buy super expensive luggage. One reason is that more often than not it's a brand name that's causing the price to be premium and they generally don't last longer than smart luggage purchases that sell for often 1/10th or 1/8th the price. This bag represents a perfect analogy to that. Undoubtedly this bag is made in China but guess what? More often than not, the real expensive ones are too. This bag appears to be made of high quality ballistic nylon. The zippers are thick and seem as though they'll last a lifetime but even if they last only a year it's still a great bag. In addition to the main zippered section for the laptop there are two additional zippered sections one is ideal for storing a standard sized external hard drive. The other,larger pouch Is perfect for storing the laptop's power cord. Furthermore, the handles make it one of the most comfortable bags to carry I've ever owned they're thick and soft, and seem sturdy. There's also a padded shoulder strap! It's simply remarkable for the price! Finally, I like buying new things. I'd prefer to buy a great quality bag like this for $10 to $13, use the heck out of it for a year or so, then buy another one. It's sort of like why I never bought one of those ridiculously priced vacuums that are sold door to door and you can paint your house or wash your car with. When one spends big bucks on an item like that, or like this, one is inclined to use it until it's just no good anymore, which may be a lifetime but will still require costly maintenance. Who wants to never get a new vacuum cleaner and deny themselves of the latest and greatest technology? The person who spends $1,000 or more on something they think is great because of all the bells and whistles. That's who. However, in a few years there's better bells and whistles but people don't buy what they'd prefer to have because they paid for a product they thought they wanted to last their lifetime. So, after a year of traveling with this and getting it all scuffed up, I'll have no concern about buying a new one and I'll experience the enjoyment of getting a new one, that will likely have a few better design items. For my purposes and lifestyle, this is about as close to the perfect purchase as it gets. In summary, I think you can buy this product with the utmost of confidence.

Tja, was soll ich sagen. Perfekte, gut verarbeitete Notebooktasche. Für mein HP Elitebook 840 (das ist ein 14-Zoll-Gerät) hat sie die passende Größe, mit vielen Taschen und Stauraum. Gerade auf dem Weg zur meinen zahlreichen Weiterbildungen habe ich gern etwas Platz für die Maus, das Ladekabel, ein paar Stifte und den Laserpointer, sowie einem einem kleinen Notizbuch, verschiedenen Stiften und die entsprechenden Bücher. Auf den ersten Platz macht die Tasche einen wertigen Eindruck. Die Reißverschlüsse wirken robust und ein Tragriemen ist auch dabei. Das hintere, große Hauptfach hat 2 zusätzliche Innentaschen - ich habe darin mein Mauspad verstaut. Das vordere, etwas kleinere Fach hat 2 kleinere Innentaschen und eine weitere kleine Tasche für Stifte o.ä.. Ganz vorn befindet sich noch eine weitere Tasche, hier habe ich meine Maus verstaut - der kleine elektronische Nager braucht ja auch ein Zuhause, und mit dem Touchpad arbeite ich nicht allzu gerne. Stauraum ist also reichlich vorhanden für so eine kleine Tasche. Alles in Allem ein guter Kauf. Das Einzige, was ich noch verbessern würde, wäre ein Gurt mit Klettbändern, um das Notebook vor dem Herausfallen zusätzlich zu sichern. Und wenn das Innenfutter etwas weicheres Material wäre, dann wäre es perfekt. Meine andere Notebooktasche hat diese zusätzliche Polsterung, aber dafür etwas weniger Stauraum. Aber dennoch gibt es keine Kritik an der Tasche von Amazon Basics.. Für den Normalnutzer völlig ausreichend. Aufgrund des tollen Preis- Leistungsverhältnisses gibt es meinerseits daher eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Natürlich kam die Tasche wieder feuerwehrschnell bei mir an. Von der Bestellung über die Lieferung bis hin zur Ware einfach top.

Great laptop bag. I got this for my MacBook Air. Fits perfectly and gives just the right amount of cushioning to the laptop. The bag is pretty light weight and there is just enough additional space to carry the charger and a notepad. This is good in a way as otherwise one tends to keep on adding stuff to the bag and over a few months the laptop bag becomes very heavy. There’s less chance of something like that happening with this bag as there’s no additional space. Am happy with my purchase.

I loved it instantly. Its relatively small yet spacious enough for all gadgets related storage or can even be used as messenger bag for normal day to day work. Light weight yet sturdy built quality. Well stitched and premium quality material used. Price should have not been more than 600-650. 700 max. Overall opinion....go for it. Dont hesitate. You'll not regret it.

The bag is super light, perfectly envelops a 17 inch laptop and you can also take additional accessories along. I can easily carry the charging adapter, cable, gaming mouse, headphones, controller in it along with my 17 inch gaming laptop and even after packing all those it doesn't look or feel that much bulky. The material is also good and looks and feels premium. The bag is also suitable for carrying together to the office unlike the backpack school going ones. Though it differs from person to person but I prefer this style more than the traditional laptop backbacks. Its not water resistant but the material looks durable enough. Its been 2 months, so I still cannot assure enough about the durability considering the fact that I handle things with a little bit of extra care.
