Just like my dad and grandpa. I like the carbon blades. They get a patina to them over the years. From cutting net off hay bales and rubber hoses to cutting bull calves and steaks at dinner. They are sharp, hold an edge well and sharpen easily. The yellow is great for me. It stands out if I drop it in the hay field or leave it on the work bench. Case still makes good quality knives.
