About the Chocolate Salt: when it comes to staying hydrated as part of a healthy diet, this is one of my go-to products. One little sachet a day is my moment of pure enjoyment. I mix it with hot water and a splash of milk, and it's honestly a treat. I've seen reviews mentioning it's salty, but that's completely expected since it's an electrolyte mix with sodium. What I think they've nailed is the balance between cacao and stevia, creating this sweet-salty combination that just works beautifully. Once you know what it is and what you're getting, that blend of sweet, salty, and cacao is absolutely delicious. I look forward to it every single time!

I really like these... I call them my chocolate water.. the other flavors of LMNT are way too sweet for me so I like this one because it is like salty chocolate. The first time I had this, I thought it was pretty bad, but then it grew on me. If you put it was super cold water, it almost tastes like chocolate milk if you drink it fast. I have now developed a taste for them and love them. They have helped me drink way more water than I was previously. Big fan of my chocolate water.

SO, my Little KetoVores, anyone missing hot chocolate this holiday season? Or just needing a sweet treat to beat a craving? Look no further...and because it works so well, and tastes so amazing without a bunch of junk, I don't want to hear it about the price, mmmkay? Because if something does what it says it is going to do - and this does: it says it will healthfully hydrate you, while beating cravings with deliciousness and without garbage that can throw you into cravings the next day. Spoiler alert - it does all of this...the only downside I found is it can make you a bit gassy, so, whether it is homeopathic or western medicine, I suggest taking a tooter-totaler. My suggestion, if you'd like it...and if you keep reading, you do, so enjoy!: For hot chocolate, only use half a pack in a large mug with 85% water, and 15% heavy cream (added at the end). You heat your water, add half the pack, stir until it is completely mixed and then add in about a quarter cup of heart whipping cream....it.is.insanely tasty! The whole pack makes it more flavor rich but very salty - this recipe truly puts a good old fashion cup of Swissmiss in your hand, with a delightful dash of saltiness. For the cold fab, ala Serendipity New York: Mix a full pack into a tall glass of water, stir,stir,stir and then add in the 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream, top with ice and a decorative swirl straw....the straw is very important, honestly: make sure what you're eating us fun to look at if you're bored with your diet....it's the fun stuff that lured you into eating the junk, and so let your new healthy choices have some decoration too! You might think it'll make you crazy sprinkles or something of the like, but it doesn't - corny as it sounds, it makes you feel cherished, happy and celebrated...even if it's just you, the dog and YouTube. This was not for me. Yuck! I ended up giving it away. I love their other flavors. If you like a salty watered down hot chocolate then it will be up your alley.

Good electrolytes, they keep you very hydrated. They are pretty salty, but if you put it in enough liquid it’s not bad. Also, it tastes like hot chocolate if you put it in hot water

Cannot say enough positive things about this product and also the company! I discovered the LMNT salts when I was starting 72 hour fast. Dr Mindy Pelz recommended them as we can have electrolytes during a long fast. They have clean ingredients and their flavors are delicious. Having these salts made my fast so much more manageable and filled me up. Then I discovered their chocolate salt… and my life changed! I love chocolate and I love salty food so this could not be more perfect for me. I fell in love with their chocolate salt and now I have about two a day - One during the day when I need a pick me up but don’t want to munch needlessly and one after dinner instead of dessert. I look forward to my two drinks every day and could not imagine my life without them any more! As for the company, their customer service is EXCELLENT! In today’s day and age when you feel like customer service has gone out the window and most people speak like robots with no empathy or consideration, it was a breath of fresh air to speak to individuals that genuinely care about their product and brand and want to make the customer happy. I definitely recommend trying their variety pack to see which flavor you most enjoy and definitely give the chocolate salt a try!

A bit pricey, but very effective on eliminating my leg cramps.

Have bought the orange salt and that you defiantly notice the salt on that drink, But the chocolate one is very is very subtile with only a hint of salt. Mixed both in 1lt bottle rather like the taste on this one more especially chilled on a hot day so you can drink more of this fast.

I was looking for a coffee/ chocolate flavoured electrolyte. This works except it contains 1000 mg of sodium. This is extremely high given my dietician wants me to stay under 2400. So what I did was to 1/2 it and mix with 24 oz decaf coffee and water and refrigerate. Ice coffee works for me. Use it over 2 days consuming during and after my workout.
