Started washing my hands a lot more in January — while my general health is better for it, my hands are less so. Got into cuticle and nail care to address some of the issues and wanted items that would be easy to clean. Hadn’t had much luck with metal files and generally dislike the disposable ones. Trimming away skin seemed to only encourage further callousing, so something that’s gentle enough to be used next to or against live tissue while being able to remove . . a hangnail? N e a t . It files the free nail edge, hard bits of dead tissue that like to snag ( such as hangnails both above the nail fold and lateral ) underneath the free edge where weird bits of painful callous like to build up for me, takes off invisible cuticle that attaches and grows down the nail plate ( cuticle death grip ) and helps keep the proximal nail fold well manicured. Gosh, I know it’s “just” a glass file but it does such a good job in its application. I was using it every single day, for just a few minutes at a time. Followed up with cuticle oil and a lot of my nail and cuticle issues slowly went away, especially with consistency. Fingernails, toenails — my husband’s nails. Notice the “was”? ): The unthinkable happened, and I dropped it last night. Fortunately, it didn’t shatter. However, both ends of the cuticle stick somehow got damaged in the fall. It’s not TECHNICALLY unusable — but each end now has an incredibly sharp edge, and I went from being able to file by feel while doing something else ( like watching a show ) to having to focus a great deal on which portion of the file is in contact with my skin or nail. Huge, huge, hUGE sadness. Will keep using for now, albeit a bit less, until I can replace this one. Most likely will get more than one, because I’m sure I’ll drop it again. Am the butterfingers of the house. Love this funky little dude. Easy to use, clean, store, travel with, etc. Cannot recommend enough. You should get one. And probably another for anyone else in your life that you care about. (

This little tool is fantastic for cuticle care! I was previously using something similar but it was a disposable stick with a pumice tip. It worked fine but the end would dull pretty quickly. With this being glass it stays gritty and does a better job. I also really like the pointed tip to clean up the edges of my nails after applying gel polish. Highly recommend!

I love this little tool! I find myself grabbing for this for everything when it comes to my manicure. It’s useful for perfecting nail shape and also filing under the nails. I love that it also helps buff away small parts of cuticle I might have missed with nibbers. My only regret is not buying it sooner! My nails now look perfectly polished. Also the little leather pouch is so nice to have and protects the glass from damage. It’s additionally useful if you want to toss this in your purse on the go.

Been having nail problems. This tool is modern marvel. The pointy bit is great for detail work and the edges have a rough grindy bit to file away those pesky hang nail bits,and worked great with a slight ingrown nail.... The best nail care device I've used.

I put off ordering this for a long time but after seeing it in use several times, I finally ordered one. It's well worth the price and it's little storage case is perfect! After I apply a little cuticle remover, I use the angled side to gently push back my cuticles and then rub it back and forth a little bit and it gets rid of any loose, dead skin quickly and easily. I then use the pointed side to go around the edges to make sure everything is nice and even and to give a quick clean under my nails and I'm good to go! I washed it off when I washed my hands and let it air dry, then put it back in its holder. My cuticles have never looked this good! Definitely a top purchase, would definitely buy from this seller again and will probably try their other products as well!

If you're after the very best this is it! Made in Germany it's a great cuticle stick, smaller than the others, but just as effective. If, however, you're like most of us & on a budget there are just as good options out there for a lot less.

Hygienic, easy to sanitize and works well. It looks beautiful and comes with a case to keep the tip from being damaged when carrying in your bag.

I love, love, love this tool. It gets into those difficult to reach areas (under the nail, cuticle corners, etc.,) and removed all that dead, dry skin and cuticle gently and easily!

Product is okay, but the pointed end had a chip in it when I received it, so the area of use is smaller than it already is

These glass cuticle sticks have transformed my cuticles. I keep breaking them (my fault, always on hard tile from counter height) and repurchasing because they work so well.
