Are these acceptable for human consumption?

These are made for dogs. I don't think a human would want to eat them or like them.

Are they Made in the USA?

Distributed by does not mean 'Made in the USA.' They are distributed by Del Monte, but nowhere on the box does it say where the treats are currently baked, where the origins of the ingredients come from, etc. When in doubt, they're likely Made in China. Taken from the back of the box, "We made our first biscuit over a century ago in a little bakery on the Lower East Side of New York City. We still use the same high quality and wholesome ingredients to make the original bone-shaped dog treat." This wording is deceiving if you only read this statement once. Sure they WERE made in NYC more than 100 years ago, but do you think they are doing that now? I found no website (except for the unreliable Wikipedia) stating that Milkbones are made in the US. Can someone prove otherwise?

Is there an expiration date on these?

Yes these expire but i takes more than a year the ones i got, Well they are all ready gone my dog love them

What is the salt content?

There is salt listed in the ingredients neat the top, but couldn't find a content percentage anywhere.
