A real life saver for me. Thank you for making this and for using real ingredients (which may be a low bar but many fail to rise above even that). This is a high quality product which has been of significant help in my case. Rarely has a bottle of anything had this kind of clear positive impact on my health and quality of life. The only downside to this is the unavoidable constipation caused by any amount of iron. Hopefully your motility can handle it better than mine. Either way though, the positive effects of this make it clearly worth it, in my case at least.

I could literally cry. I’ve been dealing with debilitating fatigue and shortness of breath related to iron deficiency. I’ve tried so many things and nothing helps. I started taking these a week ago and my symptoms are 80 Percent better. I haven’t had any constipation or upset stomach at all. No side effects. This is a fantastic product.

I had gastric bypass quite a few yrs ago and am having slightly low iron. I didn’t want to take ferritin iron and tried this supplement but cannot continue due to extreme stomach issues that I believe are related to the addition of raw broccoli in the ingredients. Something to be mindful of if Brassicaceaes are a problem for you.I would have continued them if that had not been included.

Life changing. I went from barely able to walk and covered in bruises to feeling significantly better in two weeks. I felt alive again. Been taking it every day for about a year. It's never been hard on my stomach. They don't taste great but just drink a few gulps extra of water and it's fine. I got blood tests done before taking these and will get more done regularly. I taped to my doctor. You can overdose on iron so get tested and don't just take them blindly.
