Good product, would buy again!
I took a couple of weeks to use this product before I reviewed it, mainly because I hate reading reviews from people who have yet to use the product or barely use it. Also as back story, I spend 60-80% of my work week on my feet wearing a lead apron in an OR at a level 1 Trauma center. I walk about 5 miles each day during work hours and have had plantar fasciitis for 8 months. (That bit was for context) That said, I have used my roller virtually every day after work since receiving it. Here are a couple of things to know. 1. The purchase: Very easy, great price and fast shipping. The communication was also excellent, you definitely feel like a valued customer. 2. The product: Sturdy and exactly as described/pictured. The feel of it on my foot is pleasant. The roller feels as though it will last a long time, (time, of course will tell). 3. Using the roller: It does take a bit of practice with the single roller, I imagine that the more rollers present the easier it would be to use. I needed mine to fit into small bags for travel. You need to use it consistently for a few days to get the hang of how to move your leg/foot to get the result you want. Obviously that is an individual thing, some may need more or less time to figure it out. But take the time because it is worth it. 4. Conclusion: The seller is great and I would definitely purchase from them again. The product works well, and I am totally happy with it! This product alone is likely not the only piece of the puzzle. I have plantar fasciitis (as I mentioned previously), for me I needed this combined with ice massage, anti inflammatories and some orthopedic shoes designed to help with PF. The full routine has helped so much, in the last 2 weeks my routine has paid off as I have much less pain. Side Note: If you get this product or a similar foot roller, use it on both feet even if you don’t have pain in one, it feels really good!

Worked fantastic! Quick, long-lasting results.
First and only thing that actually helped my plantar fasciitis go away (as much as it can). I've tried socks, inserts, sleep apparatuses, frozen water bottles etc. Nothing actually fixed the problem, except this. Now, I'm pretty sure you could get the same results with a massage ball or similar, but this was convenient, simple, and effective. You basically just roll your foot on it, slowing or stopping to really get some pressure on those sensitive areas. I dug in pretty hard on mine and got the results I wanted. Getting that tissue to release and then heal is the magic. I'll still give it 5 stars because it worked well, and quickly, but if I have one complaint it's that the base isn't very stable on its own. There's very little weight so it doesn't like to stay upright (on carpet at least). Very easy to knock over. That being said, it's not an issue while you're using it so just a minor annoyance overall.

Seems effective at relaxing foot muscles but less pleasant for massage than a spiky ball
I find the roller useful to relax tense foot muscles, it seems well made, and it’s inexpensive. However, I don’t find the massage feeling to be as pleasant as a hard rubber spiky ball, but it seems to have more of a therapeutic effect since the roller is harder and the areas above the grooves are much larger than the spikes on a spiky ball. I find massaging my foot with my thumb is the most effective, but it’s hard work and I can’t do it very long. The construction appears decent and it seems like it will last for awhile unless you put your full bodyweight on it. The wood on the sides and roller are varnished and the wood on the two support bars seems unfinished but is smooth. There are two thick pads on the base that seem well affixed but slightly off-center so that they extend a fraction of a millimeter beyond the wood (which I don’t think is a problem). The anti-slip pads keep the roller from sliding on either hard floors or carpets. (Some reviews complained about the roller slipping. I can’t figure out how they did that unless they put very little downward pressure on the roller and pushed it very hard forward or backward.) My wife tipped the roller over occasionally when she tried it, but I think she went further forward and backward on her foot and applied less downward pressure than I did. I didn’t have that problem. The product description suggests, as an additional selling point, turning the roller over and using it as a hand-held massager for other parts of the body. I found this actually worked for my forearms, upper arm and hands, though my hands got sore from the pressure pretty quickly. I didn’t find it particularly useful for larger muscles like my legs because I couldn’t apply enough pressure—a foam roller is much better for that. I would be cautious about using the roller too much—more than a few minutes—especially at the beginning to avoid irritating the soft tissue or bones in your foot. I use it in conjunction with two spiky balls for 2-3 minutes when my feet feel like they need it. I don’t have any foot problems at the moment so can’t comment on how effective it is for treating them.

Okay, not great. No benefit thus far.
I've yet to determine if this foot roller device is beneficial--thus far my foot issue has not improved. I will continue to use the device and hope for the best. (Given the low cost, I do not regret the experiment.) The small size can be problematic. When I am not careful and move my foot too far, the roller can tip. This device is easier to use on carpet rather than on a hardwood floor because the device slips on the smooth surface.

A product I look forward to using each day. Simple yet super effective relief. Well worth it.
LOVE this product! I honestly was not expecting much based on the picture and price but after just the first use I knew I would be incorporating this into my daily routine. I've suffered from plantar fasciitis and foot pain since running XC and track 12 years ago in high school. I've tried rolling my feet out on tennis balls, lacrosse balls, water bottles, and with roller sticks but none of these methods did much. The lacrosse ball was best but it was hard to maintain as the ball often slips completely out from under the foot on both carpet and wood floors. What I love most about this is it is designed to remain stable and stationary which makes it easy to use while otherwise being productive or say writing reviews on Amazon ;). My feet always hurt with my first few steps out of bed and are always aching by the end of the day and so this is a product I have come to look forward to using in just a few short days. I love the tingling feeling of relief after using, it is like you just got a foot massage. Can't speak to the durability of the product since I just got it but hopefully it holds up. If not it was only $6 bucks so not much risk (part of why I bought it). If you suffer from foot pain or just enjoy a good foot massage this is well worth the few bucks and will likely outperform far more expensive alternatives.

Works perfectly as needed
Purchased this for my kiddo who is an Irish dancer. This helps him roll out his arches after long hours of classes and practices. Love that it stays stationary (when placed on carpet) and he can't use it while he's watching TV or whatever else. My husband also plans to use it after his long runs.

Works, cheap and a little wobbly
It's not sable, I'm thinking of getting the big one with four rollers because it won't flip over like this one does. It works though. And this is very portable. Feels good, you just have to be careful how you use it, so it doesn't flip on you. After just a couple of uses, I had more feeling in my feet, which is a huge win. I'm getting a different kind for the tops of my feet, also numb and swollen. And the calves. Honestly this is more effective than almost anything else I've tried. And that includes uva ursi and furosemide. And you can only wear tight socks part of the time or it squishes your toes, eventually. I'm glad i found this option.
