I needed a dress for a wedding. I was hesitant to purchase this dress because of the reviews and the flag that it was returned often. I went back and forth about what size to get, XL or XXL. I read one review by someone who is 5'4" and 175 lb, and the fit was great, so I went with XL (I'm 5'6" and 170 lb). I tried it on, and it fit just great. A bit tight at the waist, but that is because I am thick waisted vs. that hourglass figure. It goes to my feet but not the floor, which is great because I would have hated to hem the scalloped lace. It is a lovely dress, looks more expensive than it cost. A bargain, really. I couldn't be happier. Now for the shoes!

Got this for family photos. I tried it on and love it! It's so beautiful and the price was good. I got burgundy and the color is true to photo. When in my cart it said alert high returned item but only reason I can think is maybe women got the wrong size or didn't like on their body cuz there isn't anything wrong with the dress. It's lovely and well made. I'm normally a med but heavier due to having a baby 3 months ago so I got a large and it fits great. If ur worried it won't fit or want a little looser I'd just get a size larger. I could of prob done either size. Just depends on how tight u want it in the waist.

I tried several dresses for our upcoming family photos, this was among them. I love the lace, it is so flowy and feminine. It was a bit large and very, very long. It would require hemming, but the lace edge is such that it would not look the same if it was cut. The dress is comfortable but you should know that it is a bit sheer, you can see in the pictures that there is a seam down the v-neckline and across the waist, those are open, you can see skin there, but it is not bad if you are ok with it. But you will need to wear white or nude underwear and bra, as the entire dress is thin and a bit see-through. This dress is great for a cute boho look and I would consider it for another occasion if it wasn’t so long. My goal for this photo session was to wear something elegant, timeless and formal…so I chose a different dress. Although I am returning this dress, it was pretty and if you are tall, it might suit your needs. Thanks, I hope this helps!

So I ordered a large, because I wanted it to fit snugly and the recommendation for my size was a medium to large. So I went with the large cause I’m typically between a large-XL. I’m 5 8, and 180 lbs for reference. And wear a size 36 DD.So at first try on, I didn’t think it was going to fit because it tried to put it on legs - up. But then I quickly realized a lot of zipper dresses are meant to go over your head. So I tried that way and it was a little snug, I heard some slight thread popping. But once I had it on it fit very well.Here’s where my complaints lay. Measurements one the chart are way off. The body fits somewhere between a medium large. Not exactly a large. There’s no way you can wear a bra with this; because the see through lace around the neck and chest doesn’t allow for that. You’d just see it through the window of lace. And that’s a bummer seeing as I’m a 36DD- I need a bra. But, I do think it’s a very flattering dress. I just do not think it’s worth what they’re asking for it. Quality wise, it’s a $30 dress.

For reference, I am 5’8” and weigh 190lbs. I usually wear an XL in dresses from Amazon and originally ordered this dress in XL. Unfortunately, it was too tight, but I liked the dress enough to order an XXL. I received the XXL today and tried it on. It fits much better! The version I received does NOT have the elastic waist in the back, like the dress pictured. This one has the scalloped lace all around the dress and it has no stretch. If it had stretch I could get away with the XL. The color of this dress was on sale for 50% off, so I figured it wouldn’t be great, but I actually love it!! It’s a beautiful peachy-pink (light coral) and it is perfect for spring. The neckline is very low and it definitely shows cleavage. It blends in with fair skin and the cutouts where your skin is exposed is not very noticeable as a darker color would be. My boyfriend said it looks very expensive and he was surprised when I told him it was only $26. Looking forward to wearing it to an upcoming wedding this month.

The cut and color of this dress are very flattering. I'm 5'5" 140lbs. and the Medium fit perfectly. You don't have to wear a slip under it, as the skirt and bodice are fully lined and very soft. The only unlined part is the very small middle section that's about 1", but its not an indecent amount of skin or area of the body that shows. The dress is a good weight, not too light but heavy enough to feel comfortable and covered and give you some sway with your walk. The lacy material isn't itchy and feels very soft in the places where its next to your skin. I washed mine by turning it inside out and placing it in a mesh delicates bag in the washing machine (handwashing is recommend on the label, though), and all the very delicate sleeve details and small bits held up nicely. My new favorite dress!

I bought this dress for a white and orange celebration of life ceremony so I needed it to be perfect… and perfect it was! It was a hot day and I’m a woman of a certain age which means I’m always hot! Lol But, I was cool, comfortable and felt beautiful in this lovely lacy dress! The lace was cool and flowy, but because it is lined it is not see-through. It felt structured, but not stiff. I LOVE this dress. I washed it on delicate and it came out perfect, hang no dryer though. I bought an XL as I am short waisted and about 175lbs. I’m 5’4”, wore a 3” espadrille and you can see it just graced the floor perfectly. I love the frayed lace hem! Lots of compliments, can be used for any formal or even semi-formal event. Buy it!!!

Slight zipper issue but nothing some zip-ease didn’t take care of. Beautiful dress though.

Honestly didn't have high hopes but was blown away its exactly what I wanted and arrived promptly. I will echo what some of the other reviewers said - its a bit see through but just wear something under if you are getting photos taken in the sun.
