Bought my son a Jansport (RED) backpack and received a Black instead. Did bother me a little bit, but my son said it was fine, so that means I'm fine to. Other than the wrong color the backpack is over all good. He wanted something plain and simple, the size was was perfect, and everything I expected it would be. If he's happy I'm happy.

Every year, I try to buy my daughter a new bag. JanSport is one of the brands I look at first. The quality is outstanding. I remember when I was in high school, this was the same brand of backpack my father kept buying for me, and I really loved it. The storage capacity is good enough for everyday school use. I purchased this Jansport backpack for my daughter who is going into high school. It is very good quality, has back/ lumbar support and padded adjustable straps. There are lots of extra pockets for storing her smaller items as well. It will hold all of her supplies easily and is perfect for use for school as well as weekend packing for sleepovers and trips to the mall.
