Perfect replacement battery!

So far it is doing its job, i bought the same product it lasted for about 3 to 4 years, the alarm system was being funky so i thought id replace the battery since ive done it before.. easy to replace.

I replaced my ADT security panal.battery because it said low battery. I purchased a compatible battery off Amazon but the sales slip says it was sold by ZZcell. I had to contact ZZcell because when I installed the new battery I purchased the panel still read low battery. Now that I'm asking zzcell to replace it. They said they have no record of the sale even though I pasted and copied my receipt to my email there reply had nothing to do with my inquiry which means the didn't really read though it. When I told them this and said I'm going to write a review based on our communication and product satisfaction they emailed me back. Thank for the threat. As you can see by this review it was not a threat it was a statment. Dont buy from zzcell if there's even the slight a t chance you might need customer service after the sale. I'm out $31.00
