Adjust-A-Gate is a cost-effective and simple solution for DIYers
This was the perfect solution for the lack of a gate in my chain-link fence. I would never have undertaken this kind of project, but the adjust-a-gate system made it easy even for a first time DIYer. Putting together the Adjust-a-Gate fence took less than an hour and not much more after that once the cement around the fence post set. Thanks Jewett-Cameron for creating this cost-effective and time-saving product.

Part quality is terrible
Part quality is poor. I had to buy different t self tapping screws because they kept breaking when i was screening them in. Bought different ones at my local part store and did not have a problem then. The worst issue is the gates hinges. I bought the black gate, and no longer how tight you try to get them, it is not enough. I righted one so tight that the screw bent and it was still loose (images attached). The hinge just slides up and down the gate, causing the gate to touch the ground. I bought two 6 foot black gates kits, and I am having the same problem with both. I contacted the company, so we will see how their customer service is.

Product is reasonably stable for price. Not rock solid, but still usable.

High quality
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I cut these to 5' in height and weld them back together. When I'm done I will have 8 of these gates

Waste of money
Cheap and flimsy. Pain to assemble. Bought two of these. Neither assembled square. The chain link fabric on one unraveled and was unusable. Called product support and after 20 minutes on phone I was disconnected and they did not bother to call back. The adjustability is a joke—you need a metal saw and have to cut the pipes yourself. Gate hardware weak and fasteners are a terrible and strip out. Had to buy better nuts and bolts at Home Depot. Should have just bought a preassembled gate from there….

Bad all around
Very difficult to get it square and tight. Seems like some wrong parts screws don’t hold crooked all over if your not a handyman pay one to put together
