Only thing that helped my morning sickness
This stuff helped my morning sickness when I was pregnant. I usually ate 2 a day because I threw up almost every day. The pills didn't taste that great and they were kind of grainy, but after taking them for a few days in a row, I noticed a marked decrease in how nauseous I was. I will buy it again when I get pregnant again.

Made my nausea worse!
I used this product when I had moderate nausea during pregnancy and all I can say is it was a waste of $20. The smell of it almost made me puke when I first opened it. It took forever to convince myself to eat one of these and when I finally did, it took all I had not to puke it up right then. It was one of the grossest things I've tasted. I tried it again the next day just to see if my opinion changed and I had to plug my nose to choke it down and the aftertaste still made me sick. Not to mention it didnt even work! It did not help with my nausea whatsoever.

Better than tums
So these do not taste good since it is so gritty but they do help sometimes with heartburn. I think they perform better than tums but don't taste as good. The taste although bad is bearable. I don't have that much nausea anymore so I can't state my opinion on if they will actually help nausea.

Worked for me
My midwives warned that morning sickness would kick in at week six. Sure enough, at week six and day one, I felt horrible. After a week of feeling repulsed by food (but also feeling terribly nauseous because I wasn't eating), I thought there had to be something out there to make me feel better. I tried pressure point bands, ginger gum, and the PregEase pills. The only one of those three that seemed to make a difference was the PregEase, and I felt much better for the remainder of my first trimester. I would agree that the taste is a bit off-putting, especially if you feel nauseous to begin with. In that case, I might suggest a vitamin B complex that isn't chewable, as studies suggest that vitamin B6 helps with nausea (though not vomiting).

Do they taste amazing? No
Do they taste amazing? No. Not really. But they get the job done without putting unnatural product in your body. Stops heartburn, stops nausea- taste is good enough to chew on for the result.

Awful
Why would anyone create something so awful tasting for morning sickness?? Not only didn't this work for my sickness, it made me even sicker and i couldn't get the taste out of my mouth. I threw the bottle away after 1 try. Expensive mistake.

Did not work at all
The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the taste isn't bad at all. My problem is that it actually made me throw up more than it helped. Taking Tums had better results on helping me manage my nausea that PregEase did. I ended up gifting them to another mom who they worked for.
