Just unpacked my NutriChef3 warmer. First thing I did was fill one (1) container/warming pan with water. One warming pan holds 9 cups (72 liquid ounces). At 32 ounces to a quart, each warming pan holds 2.25 quarts. The plastic lid is domed so could hold a bit more solid food. So the total is 3 X 2.25 or 6.75 quarts. Can’t wait to see how it works this Thanksgiving.

Does it come with the single tray as the picture shows or just the three trays and what is the opening size if I want to find a single tray.

25.6 x 15 x 6 inchesEach tray holds about a quart. With the 3 trays, a total of 3 quarts will fit if you fill the whole thing. so a single tray that you are asking about will have to be able to hold 3 quarts
