My computer was having battery popup error messages everytime my computer woke up and the battery would only last 30 min, so it was time for a new one. After reading all the reviews I ordered this battery for my Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series laptop. I installed it this morning and while it arrived with no charge, I plugged it in and it began charging immediately. It too about 2 hours to fully charge and now is running on battery power. It started by saying it had 100% charge and 8 hours & 30 min left. Now after 30 min it says 94% and 6 hours 23 minutes remaining. I will keep an eye on it and update my review if things change but I think it is working fine. My only complaint is that it didn't have any instructions to install it, but I simply googled it and watched a couple of YouTube videos on how to replace it. It was very simple and didn't take long at all. My plan is to charge it and discharge it fully a few times to build the muscle memory of the battery. I'm not sure if this does any good but it was recommended to me to do that. If I don't post any follow-up, it will be because there is nothing new to report and all is well.

it works but the capacity not as good as OEM

I've had this battery for about two years now, and I figured it would be time to write a review. I purchased this battery after my original decided to bite the dust, and it has been a perfect fit for the Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series. I was able to install the battery in less than 10 minutes, and it initially was able to hold about 8-10 hours of charge. Thankfully I was able to make it through the entire workday without having to plug in my computer once, what a change! Recently, it has been able to hold about 5 hours of charge before showing the low battery warning. Overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase, and for a replacement part it has operated satisfactorily.

Installation was not difficult. But once I put the laptop on battery power it would randomly power off immediately ( losing all progress and not saving work) when additional demand was placed on the system sometimes ( like starting a new app or waking up from sleep) . Not sure if problem with Dell or the battery. I am fiddling with Power Settings since some posts on the web mention this to be a problem with dell power manager. If I cannot find a solution, may need to get a Dell branded battery . Or a new laptop. UPDATE: I was able to use the battery for about 2 days at work where I move often between patient rooms. I made sure I carried a charger with me and plugged the laptop as soon as I entered a room. After the 2 days the replacement Dell battery I ordered from Dell arrived and I installed that and had no problems since . My model is a Dell Inspiron 7573 with the SSD hard drive , so my original battery ( and the Dell replacement that I am now using ) are both 56 Wh batteries ( 4 cells , with the last cell taking some of the HDD space) . Maybe that is why the 3 cell Jiazijia battery did not work ( even though it fit fine). Maybe my motherboard expected a larger battery . In any case, hope this review was helpful.

My wife's Dell laptop battery would not last more than 30 minutes on the battery. Ordered this battery up and once received started removing all the small screws on the bottom and popping off the cover (by lifting from back edge), was able to replace the battery (also held by a couple screws) and a wired ribbon cable. Screwed the battery in and put the cover back on with the screws and got it charging. When my wife went to use her laptop, she said that the touchpad is much more responsive and working like a new computer. I asked what she meant. Well, apparently the touchpad was requiring her to press a couple times in order to click on something instead of once. I noticed the old battery had 3 "puffed out" expanding battery cells and these are directly under the touchpad (internally). Ah ha! The old battery was actually interfering with the touchpad! The battery life is now 5.5 hours at 100% charge. So, 2 problems were resolved by replacing the battery...

When I first bought this, it was working perfectly. After six months now, and it only holds 10% charge... takes several minutes to charge 1%, and nope, it is not the charger. It also drops the charge really fast... like I was using my laptop and it went down from 85% to like 20% in a blink. Their support is great so far, they are supposed send a new one, lets see how that goes. Edit: support was excelent. They sent the replacement as promised and in timely manner. No issues so far.

Very easy to install once I YouTubed. It charged up to 28%, then an alert appeared stating adapter is not compatible, then slowly went down to 7%. I ended up not returning the battery and simply bought a new system. Overall rating of 3 is based on a 1 for the product not working with my system, but a 5 for the service level asking how they can help.
