I purchased this paraffin wax spa a few weeks ago and finally treated myself to a home spa night—I am so glad I did! As a first-time user, I found the kit to be incredibly complete. It comes with everything you need: the wax, booties for feet and hands, a scraper, and even a paintbrush for those areas that are harder to dip. What I loved: The Design: The device is very attractive and easy to use with simple touch buttons. A huge plus is that the outside stays cool to the touch. I had to move mine while it was warm, and it was perfectly safe to handle. The Results: This is the best part. I dipped my feet and one hand, and used the brush for my other hand to test both methods. After about 10–15 minutes, the wax peeled off in one satisfying piece. My feet and hands were extremely soft and smooth immediately after, and they are STILL soft the next morning! Easy Warranty: Setting up the warranty via text was nearly instant and very professional. They even followed up with a confirmation email and a generous offer for review rewards. A few tips for new users: The "Learning Curve": It can be a little messy the first time, but don't worry—the wax cleans up very easily once it sets. Temperature Control: I followed the instructions to melt the wax at 158°F first, then dialed it down. While 120°F was a bit hot for my preference, I found that dropping it just a few more degrees made it perfect. Definitely test a small area first! Overall, this was a lovely purchase. If you’re looking for a high-quality way to get smooth skin at home, I highly recommend this kit!

I would like to give a review on my Karite Paraffin wax machine. I received for my birthday. I have used this at least once a week. It is so amazing. My skin feels so soft. I talked my nephew into soaking his feet in the wax and we had a lot of fun and and it’s very relaxing. I will attach pictures of him and I definitely am going to need more patron wax because he is over 6 feet tall. He took up a lot of wax with his feet. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great product and great customer service! Ordered the KARITE Parafin wax machine and was so excited when it arrived. Read the directions and plugged it in to use that very evening. Our machine turned on but did not heat properly so I called the customer service number - was answered immediately; explained the situation; advised to text my contact number to the number I called. I did as instructed and the next day received a message that another unit was being shipped to us. Arrived in 2 days and it works great! I contacted the company again about mailing the first unit back and was advised to dispose of it. Great service from KARITE! Would buy from this company again.

Measured the heating. It’s not a complex problem - plug it in and wait for the paraffin to melt. Did I mention slow ? Wait. And wait. The heating time is multiples of hours. Not minutes - don’t have a stopwatch that will go that high. Did I mention slow ? The strategy will be to essentially leave this thing on. At this point - assuming it will hold a proper temperature. If not - the rating goes negative and I would return it. ***Update*** to my review (initial 2 stars). Based on the speed of heating, this unit basically needs to stay on and it needs a home where it can sit...no carrying a vat of hot wax around the house. If you can meet those two criteria, the size is very nice, the cover works well and the temperature maintenance is pretty good. If you can't put it somewhere for use and storage with a plug...probably not for you. I have the space and spot for it, so it now works well for me.

This Paraffin Wax Machine has been working perfectly since it was purchased. It is easy to take care of and works very well. This is used by my household primarily for treatment of soreness in the hands.

I love this product. I looked at a few and it was at the in between price of the less expensive one and the more expensive. So I chose it based off that and product reviews. I saw that to get the tub to the max line it takes 11 wax blocks. So if you’re interested in dipping your feet I recommend that. This product also came with a warranty which is a plus and the customer service responded within 24 hours of registering it. I appreciate that and living in a cold climate this has helped myself and my family a lot! Thanks Karite!

The machine worked as it should although it took significantly longer to melt the paraffin than the instructions indicated. I bought it hoping it might relieve stiffness and swelling in my hands caused by rheumatoid arthritis. The product description mentioned relief from rheumatoid arthritis symptoms as a benefit. I followed directions exactly and tried it several times. In each case pain was reduced while the hot wax was actually being applied but swelling increased after the wax was removed. The swelling and stiffness were greater for several hours after treatment than before treatment began. I reduced the rating 1 star because the melt time was longer than indicated and 1 star because the machine was ineffective for my intended use.

This is my second purchase of a Karite Wax bath. I bought one for my daughter who is a massage therapist, and she raved about it.I decided to buy myself one as well, and can confirm it really helps soothe and soften my hands. I especially like the spatula and brush as they are helpful in applying the wax. This machine really is a spa experience at home. I had a problem registering my machine warranty but their consumer assistance did it within a few a hours and sent me all the confirmation I needed.

This unit is exactly what I was looking for after having surgery on my hand. It provides the right amount of heat to help with my healing. The lavender scented wax is soothing and it comes off easily. The plastic gloves and thermal mitt help to keep the warmth in. Great product!

Using the Karite product was very easy, and the results are excellent. I am much more satisfied than I expected and would highly recommend it to others.

I was surprised how much I have enjoyed using this machine. My physiotherapist recommended it for arthritic joints, and it has been amazing! I didn't think I would like the lavender scent of the wax, but it isn't overwhelming, and my skin feels so soft afterward. Great product!

I've been using this Paraffin wax machine for a few months now and it has been working extremely well. The temperature is very accurate. The lavender wax scent is not overwhelming and leaves your skin soft.
