Does The Job

The size is more like 2.75 x 3; see comments…
These are more like 2.75 x 3”. There are 25 pieces that are about 3” x 5.25” that are folded at a perforation and then each one of these has a less defined perforation which would cut these pieces in half to make the 50 total pieces. it’s kind of misleading with the sizing but after using the 50 I received they worked fine for my purposes if someone has a longer/bigger foot they might be too small (My athlete has a size 7 shoe and this small pad worked (one each for both the heel and lace area) but I can see where some people think they weren’t given the right amount. They just came in a plastic bag with no label or anything..

Not as described and nonreturnable
It is one long piece of flimsy cheap foam that is not in 50 pieces. It's not RETURNABLE and they didn't make it clear. How can that be $10.99? You can simply take some shipping foam wraps and cut to the size you need. This should cost no more than $1. Even it serves the purpose for some buyers there is no way it should be $11.
