I ordered these for all my patio remotes. I measured our biggest one thinking i was getting a slightly oversized one. The remote measured right under 2.5" across. Well, they didn't end up fitting but I made it work. I could've returned them and order the next size up, but most of the remotes are 2x smaller than our bigger one. The other thing is, these would be great if the closed end was slightly rounded. The corners would shrink as much as they could and get stiff and pointy. For the price and amount, I'm good for the time being. I'll probably look and see what else is out there.

Super cool. I've been looking for something like this. When you have an Airbnb you need to be able to clean your remotes on a regular basis and this works perfect. Easy to remove to change batteries.

It works for what I intended to use it for. I hate “losing” the remote in the couch so I wanted to attach an AirTag to it. I first used Saran Wrap and tape, but it obviously looked janky, so I decided to try out this shrink wrap. I used a hair dryer and it worked like a charm. I probably should have bought the longer size, but it’s ok. I’d rather it be a bit too small at one end than big all over

It's ok but rough to touch. Plastic food wrap is better feel and I taped edges closed.

These worked great..I had a Xumo remote I kept dropping in the floor and the back would come off and several buttons would come off as well..dropped it once and it stopped working so had to get another from company..couldn’t find a silicone cover to fit it but found these dandy little things..put remote in it and used the hairdryer to shrink it and I’ve dropped the remote many times since the shrink wrap and the back and buttons have stayed on..recommend for a smaller remote..probably wouldn’t work on a large one

1. Who has a hot sealer iron laying around to seal one end, huh??? 2.You have to have the exact fit (R) for a half way decent job. The larger bag worked for the larger remote. The smaller remote (L) was a wrinkly mess. It showed various different size remotes but one size does not fit all. You really need to buy the exact smaller sizes to get it to shrink down enough. The hair dryer did the job but barely. I did NOT want to subject my remote to a heat gun even for a brief moment. Not worth the purchase. It'll take awhile to use up 98 more on just that one size remote.
