Great electrolyte drink without the calories/sugar! Gives you everything and more that Gatorade, Pedialyte and others do but without all those calories and sugar. I dilute it in 32 oz water (not 16 oz as their instructions suggest). It’s simply too sweet in only 16 oz water and more refreshing diluted in 32oz. The colder the water the better. I’m having far fewer muscle spasms since I started drinking this and in general feel better. Prior to finding this product, I was drinking a gallon of water a day but it simply flowed straight thru me. I still felt dehydrated every day - fatigued, lethargic, muscle cramps and spasms etc. So I began looking for a way to get more electrolytes into my daily routine - but without adding calories or sugar! For me this is going to be an everyday thing from now on. Others may wish to use it occasionally as an addition for strenuous workouts or as a remedy for assisting in recovering from illness or even hangovers lol… My husband has also started using it and we have already recommended this product to several family members and friends. I give it 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommended it!

I discovered this drinkable vitamin supplement at Costco many years ago. I have a hard time taking pills, but this drink taste so good and covers all of the necessary vitamin requirements recommended. Compared to other similar products it is the best on the market, but Costco rarely carries it anymore so it must be ordered from Amazon unless you know a better place to buy it, also when ordering the supplement drinks that come in individual packets we no longer have to also receive the plastic drink bottle that used to come with the product. It was not necessary or needed.

I started drinking this when I was visiting my parents and got heat exhaustion. They told me to drink Gatorade, which I started to do -- until I saw the sugar content! My mom had been given a box of this as a free sample at Costco, and I tried it -- and loved it! So much better than Gatorade, no sugar, no artificial colors or flavors, and packed with nutrients. It's my everyday go-to drink in the fridge, but I dilute it a bit since it's so strong: roughly 1 and 1/2 packets to a half-gallon. Perfect!

Great product

Really great product. I used to take this quite awhile ago but had stopped because Costco was too far away to travel for it. Saw that it was available on Amazon and purchased again. After a few weeks (less than 1 box) I was surprised to see that my nails had grown! They are always weak and usually split down the middle. I find that I feel better too. I mix it in the morning with ice and water in a shaker cup and sip it on my way to work. Tastes great and dissolves completely. I'm now ordering monthly and will continue to uses it.

Thank you EcoDrink for your product! I have a hard time finding "sport" drinks that I consider to be healthy. The taste and the quality of ingredients in this product are perfect- in my opinion. And I find I don't even need to use a full packet to get a proper taste- so - more economical. Also- I tend to not always finish my drink all in one day and I've never had a problem with the taste- even after days in any container. Please continue to sell on Amazon!! No one in my area sells this.

So sad that they changed the formula and it tastes significantly different now (plus more watered down). I understand that all the varieties taste different too, which is disappointing after relying on it daily for 8-10 years. (My son and I loved the Blueberry Pomegranate flavor.) Other online reviews indicate that it's because they eliminated the erythritol (which is a good thing) and substituted it with natural stevia and monkfruit sweeteners (also a good thing), but it tastes completely different now so what good is that if I stop drinking it altogether? Debating whether to return the two additional boxes I bought. Big sigh.

Really like this flavor. Good for energy to power through to the end of the day after lunch. Must be shaken a lot to dissolve fully.
