can I use on wet bricks?

Hi Ron. No, the substrate should be clean, dry, and free of any contaminants before the application of SikaBond Construction Adhesive. Thank you for choosing Sika.

Can this be used to secure 5/8 hole 6 inch asphalt anchors?

Use the Sika Anchoring Cement. Don't get it on your hands.
