I also used it on two surfaces, then pressed together for a non-removable seal and that also worked quite well for non-porous and porous surfaces. Easy clean up, the instructions say clean up with baby oil but dish soap or degreasing cleaning spray worked fine on areas I got a little over spray on my counter. Dries quickly and was very easy to clean up and remove. It does have a strong smell but that is normal for such things. I used in a well ventilated area and was fine. This stuff is basically an aerosol of rubber cement and acts exactly/smells exactly like it. You would want to do a very light coat and then stick it onto a different surface several times so the adhesive isn't as strong. it's not going to be able to be very sticky or you will ruin the paper in your journal. Test on plain paper before you try it in your journal. **Q: Will this product help with preventing bleed out when applying paint to the Mylar stencil?
