I’ve been using the Santevia Glass Water System for just over a week now, and I’m really impressed. My tap water had started tasting pretty bad, but this system has completely solved that issue. It was super easy to set up, looks great on the counter, and most importantly, the water tastes amazing. Having fresh alkaline mineral water at home without any hassle feels like such a game changer. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who wants better-tasting, healthier water at home.

This jug is doing great despite mixed customer reviews. I bought it after extensive research with Chatgbt. And found other companies including Britta are not floride filtration certified. The jug didn't come with the floride filter though as I thought I was buying, and initial filter was damaged due to shipping. The customer service team have been outstanding and replaced the filters FOC twice to ensure I had the correct filter after I noticed the box didn't specify the system didn't say it specifically filter floride. I now have the floride filter which filters 99% floride. I'm really happy with my purchase and that it adds mineral back in. A much better buy than other jugs that don't add minerals oin and are not floride certified.

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. Unfortunately, the Santevia water system I received appears to be faulty, which made assembly extremely difficult. The lid arrived broken, and the legs cannot be properly assembled together, making the unit unusable. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality control and durability. I have contacted Santevia customer service and will update this review once I receive a response. However, at this stage, I feel it’s fair to leave a negative review given the amount of money spent and the poor condition of the product upon arrival. To make matters worse, I still cannot use the system at all, which defeats the purpose of replacing my previous 7year old water jug. That model is now discontinued, and I can no longer find compatible filters for it, leaving me without a usable option. As a result, I’ve had to resort to buying bottled water, which is both inconvenient and an added expense.

It’s huge, won’t fit a standard fridge without taking up far too much space. When pouring water, only use a large cup and not a bottle, otherwise do it over the sink, I deal with spillage when trying to fill my bottles.

I originally bought this filter because l've struggled with acid reflux/heartburn for years. In a conversation with a friend while complaining about my stomach issues, they mentioned that alkaline mineral water has a higher pH than regular tap water and drinking it can help neutralize excess stomach acid. I figured heck, maybe I’d save some money from not having to buy so much tums, and it was worth a try. First of all this filter is beautiful. The glass design makes it look super clean and modern on my counter, and I am a big fan of bamboo so it matches a lot of other things in my house. I prefer room temp water, so l keep mine out, but I tested it and it does fit in my fridge. It is on the larger side, so depending on your fridge space, that's something to consider. Installation was really easy! I followed the directions provided in the box, and watched the installation video from the Amazon listing. When I first started using this filter, the water definitely tasted like rocks (which makes sense because it's adding minerals 😂). But after a little while the taste mellowed out and now it tastes very smooth and soft! Like how I imagine a cloud would taste. It's very delicious and easy to drink. Regarding my original reason for purchasing this filter, to help with stomach acid issues, I'm not saying it's a medical cure, but for me personally I haven't had acid reflux or heartburn since switching to this water. That alone gives it 5 stars for me! I’ve had to cut a lot of my favorite foods out of my diet due to stomach acid issues. Since using this filter, I've slowly been reintroducing some of those foods and so far, no problems. It honestly feels life changing. I'm incredibly grateful! If you struggle with acid reflux or heartburn, this might be something worth trying. Everyone's body is different so I don’t want to say it will work for everyone, but for me it’s been a total game changer. If you don’t struggle with those issues, the unit is beautiful and the water tastes premium so I’d still recommend it! Overall, I highly recommend!

Easy to use, clean, and replace filters. The water tastes great. We have city water in Italy and this far exceeds the performance of the Brita we had been using.

For years now my household has gone through an insane amount of bottled water because we refuse to drink nasty distasteful tap water and we've become annoyed with some of the other popular brand filtered water pitchers. With the ongoing crisis of single use plastics I knew we had to make a change so I decided to trust the reviews on this product and I made the purchase. I followed all the directions well and it was easy to set up and use and the best part is the taste of clean pure filtered alkaline water. I started off with a comparison between a clear glass of tap water and a clear glass of filtered water. 1st observation was the difference in water clarity. The filtered water was crystal clear I didn't see a single spec floating or swirling in the water. The tap water looked like I shook a snowglobe. 2nd observation was the initial difference in smell. As I brought the glass of tap water towards my mouth I couldn't help but inhale the scent of contaminants and chlorine. Clean water shouldn't have a smell. The glass of filtered water on the other hand brought a sense of nostalgia. As you Brin it near your mouth the cold temperature and lack of chemical smell brings a feeling of clean cold crisp fresh winter air. 3rd observation and most important is the taste. I don't think I have ever in my life drank water that tasted and felt so clean. I now drink filtered water more often than I drank bottled water all these years.and the best part yet is that I've been feeling better mentally and physically. I've seen many videos of Dr semi a famous African doctor teaching that most ailments ppl have are a result diseases, viruses and bacteria thriving in a acidic environment whereas in an alkaline environment they cannot. I never thought too much of it until now. This product is a great purchase.
