Wrong thread too small
Be aware the parts I received are both marked with the correct part number, but the threads on the steering rack end are the same diameter as the outer tie rod end which is incorrect. The threads on steering rack size need to be larger.

Las rótulas de cremalleras para el Ford Explorer 2013 V6 3.5L son del mismo tamaño; lamentablemente las que recibí tienen medidas diferentes, adicional a ello sale muy costoso incluso mucho mas de lo que me costo el articulo para enviar la pieza incorrecta para que me realicen el cambio, pues recibí las piezas en mi P.O.BOX y luego las envía al país donde vivo actualmente Rep.Dom. siempre he comprado piezas para mis vehiculos y nunca esto me habia pasado, lo que más lamento e haber perdido tiempo y dinero para tener esas refacciones y al final de todo estoy donde mismo empecé; solo me queda como última opción comprar la pieza correcta en otro suplidor y perder más tiempo.

Did not receive all the parts and cannot get a hold of anyone to fix the issue
I ordered two of the inner tie rod ends and 2 outer tie rod end. I received both outer tie rod ends but only received one inner. All 4 items say they were delivered but they were not. We tried contacting moog and they keep referring us back to Amazon and Amazon keeps referring us back to moog. I really need someone to contact me so that we can this issue resolved.
