What a great knife to have for helping with the butchering process of poultry. I definitely would recommend this knife to anyone considering purchasing it. It works great, fits comfortably in the hand, is easy to use, cuts very well, and is very durable.

Super sharp, really grippy handle, great value. Given it's construction and price I don't even blink when throwing it in the dishwasher. I've been pining for a real nice knife to trim up briskets but this will probably delay my needs for some time.

Sharp knife great for quickly trimming fat or running a filet. Didn't come with a blade guard, but still sharp and no rust spot.

Knife is nice, and super sharp, but the blade is not flexible. Description says “medium” flexibility, and with a curved boning knife I expected a bit of flex, but it is not at all flexible. Overall I’m happy with purchase.

Excellent knife. Sharp. Sharpens well

For the price, you can’t really beat these knives. Bought 2 for my wife and I to process our chickens. We cut up 22 chickens and parted them out with not a single honing. Highly recommend. Nice big handle too but still very easy to cut and maneuver with!

Had this for 4 years, still looks great after daily use. Needs regular sharpening but that is true of any quality knife. No rust. will slice super thin, even sushi.

I use this Knife to prep Ribs and brisket, It's a bit small for the brisket but works like a charm. I paired it with a knife sharpener from bass pro shop and doesn't seem to disappoint

Excelente calidad

This is the second one I have bought. The first one got stolen by a removalist (which sucked, but that should tell you something good about the knife!) It's lightweight, the tapering is perfect for fine work, and the handle is easy to grip even when wet. Obviously I'd recommend it!

Nice knife

A very good knife for very little money. I like a posh kitchen knife and wondered how this would compare. It compares very well. It looks like a knife you would find in a commercial kitchen and it just works. It’s sharp out of the box and has stayed sharp.
