I always have Emergen-C on hand. I work with the public and it helps boost my immune system and helps me get over colds faster. You can stir the powder in water - but it tastes Best in orange juice! The packets are compact and easy to use wherever you go. I keep a packet in my purse, my desk drawer at work, and at home. Great quality - tastes really good and Very effective/ quick acting.

These are pretty good and have no strong after taste, which is a big bonus. I personally think it tastes better with cold water, but regardless of the temperature of the water, the powder will dissolve with ease. I do recommend using a spoon to mix it very well, but that’s just my preference. You do get a lot for your buck and I really like the fact they’re individual pouches for ease of use and you can take it with you if you’re running late, traveling, etc.

I don’t usually write reviews unless they’re honest, and this one is because I genuinely like the product. The Super Orange flavor is delicious, and the small packets are so convenient — you can mix them easily in any cup or bottle. I’ve been taking it every day for a while now. I’m someone who has a lot of allergy issues and gets sick very easily, and I’ve noticed a big difference since using this. I’ve been getting sick less often, and it definitely helps with my allergies. Besides the vitamin C, it also has other minerals that support the immune system, give me energy, and help keep me hydrated. For all those reasons, I highly recommend it

If you're looking for vitamin c then this is for you. I drink one each morning during winter season to build up my immunity to help ward off the flu working in a school. It mixes easily since it is a powder. The taste is ok, but I mix it with 6-8 oz of water and chug it down in the morning after I eat breakfast.

Never ate right so Dr suggested this in 1980. Works. Use with water and a bit of orange drink for flavor
