I would like to thank this author for putting his knowledge and personal research findings in writing for all four of his books I have read. Not only was he correct about eating healthy with the right mix of enzymes, etc making you feel energized but the pounds dropped off quickly.

Wow! Another fascinating book from Dr. Shinya. This book takes his first book, The Enzyme Factor, to another level of understanding. I think that you should just buy both and read them. This book added more detailed information on diet and exercises to follow for repairing and maintaining your body. Again, I feel like I just got a big Biology lesson, one I wish I had gotten 20 years ago. Thank you Dr. Shinya for both books!

This is already my second book of Dr Shinya to read. Easy read and always super insightful. Recommend it to anyone.

After reading The Enzyme Factor I had to read this book too.If you are worried about your health or your family's well being you need to read this author.Very easy to read as he is writing to the layman and other general public this books have a message that you need to take very seriously. These are the books that can and I'm sure will change your life.

Excellent information from this physician. He is right on the money about taking care of our own health and immunity. It will be more important as (or if) the Obama Care Plan continues. As an elder person, I resent having decisions about my medical care rationed and ordered according to what the government thinks is best for my age. I intend to focus on maintaining my health so I won't be dependent on the government decisions.

The book is a sincere message from the author about his own experience as a gastroenterologist and about a method he has elaborated. I liked it because there was no "marketing" around it, no forced truths, which I have seen in other similar books (for example in A. Junger Clean Gut). Though no all the recommendations of Dr. Shinya are easy to implemente - at least if you are accostumed to a typical occidental diet - I've been able to incorporate some new habits: I only use brown rice instead of white, I only buy whole grain pasta, and I try to prepare a bit of fresh salad every day. I also found that I can add more fresh fruit adding them in the salads, making some exotic mistures like adding kiwi , grapes , appel or peach to a green salad. I cannot, and do not expect at all, to see immediate benefits, but arguments in the book are contundent. I'm sure even those litte changes in my meals will help my family habits and health, though I'm not looking for miracles.

Excellent book. This opened my eyes to the importance of drinking ionized water from a reputable company. I have shared his information with many! Thank you Dr Shinya for your amazing information.
