Bragg Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning 4.5 Ounce (Packaging May Vary)

The best nutritional yeast in my opinion! It's very versatile and can be added to soups or salad dressing or put on a salad or on a pizza. It has a cheesy flavor. But it's also really good for you. It has beef vitamins in it and I like that. I think it taste good and I think this is a very high-quality.

So i bought this after learning about the benefits to health. The internet said "nutritional yeast is a nutrient-dense, inactive yeast packed with complete protein, fiber, and essential B vitamins (especially B12). It provides a savory, cheesy flavor". It does add a slighty cheessy taste especially if you pair it with milk. Overall if add it to my ramen, rice and other dishes. There is no weird taste but there is a reaction that gives off a weird smell. It is off putting at first which I think might be evolutionary. However after a while you get used to it and it doesn't bother you Over all im impressed with the nutrition it has 5g protein per 2 tips and gives tons of vitamin Bs iron and fiber. Definitely a powerhouse for nutrition I havent noticed any weird body orders or smells which i was nervous about since it is inactive yeast.

Big Fan, can’t really live without. I use it on popcorn, poached eggs on toast, pasta topper, with avocado toast and pretty much anything. The flavor is ou T of this world, love it! Pretty good price for the container, etc, but really I do like to buy it bulk and get more for the money, just saying! Versatile for sure. If you like the flavor you will intuitively know what to put it on!

Have had this before, and adds a nice somewhat cheesy flavor to salad, salads and dishes. Healthy without all the jacked up preservatives, additives, and sodium.

I have only had this for a week and so far have sprinkled it on almost every warm meal I have had. It doesn't change the taste too much, but it does change it a bit. It almost looks like the fish flakes you feed your fish, it does not taste that way though. I believe this was a good deal, I haven't used it long enough to speak to the health benefits, but I certainly don't think it is hurting me.

I just got after I saw a program about health and things you can do to make food Healthier and taste good. This was great, I was a little apprehensive at first, but I made Chicken and used it as a condiment all by itself. Everyone loved it.

Was happy to find this “hard to find” yeast seasoning at a great price on Amazon. I’ve been using this additive for several years and it’s both nutritional and delicious.

I was very happy to find Bragg's Yeast Flakes on Amazon as it has been impossible to find in local shops (Vancouver, BC). I wanted Bragg brand specifically because it is superior in flavour to any other yeast flakes I have tried in the more than 50 years I have been using this product. This seems expensive to me and I hesitated to order it, trying to find it in a local shop. Impossible. So I recently bought Indigo brand (cheaper) and found the flavour really lacking. We love to top our popcorn with yeast flakes so the flavour is important. Bragg's is just "extra". More flavour, a little "zing" and really satisfying. This is a main ingredient in our favourite gravy. Bragg's is simply superior to other brands and I will only purchase it from now on. So glad I found it here! No added salt, msg or fillers. Just lovely yeast flakes and B Vitamins.
