Every now and then I come across a supplement people say changed their lives. I looked into Iodine, and there's merit to it. There's not a lot of evidence to it, but its not harmful at the least. But I heard people saying they started losing weight after taking it, they noticed Thyroid levels adjusting, wounds healing, cognitive benefits, etc. So I figured, why not. You dont know what you might need until you try it. But its been 3-4 months now and I dont notice a damn difference. I'm not upset by that mind you, but just to give my two cents. I will say, there's no flavor to this at all, or any texture. You can pop this right into your mouth and be fine, I just put a couple of drops in water in the morning. I'll finish this off (it'll take a while), but I dont see getting it again.

I have been taking for a month now. Within the first 3 days the swelling and taught muscles in my neck went down significantly!! That’s a big win for me. This has brought me great relief. It tastes mildly sweet but otherwise no flavor. I highly recommend this supplement...

Great product, I don't eat allot of salt items and felt like I was not getting enough iodine. Usually your salt will have it. I have low thyroid and even with medications I feel tired, cold, low energy, memory problems, thinning hair, gaining weight, dry skin. I feel allot less cold and feel I can get my body temp up better with this. Usually you should take a iodine test to make sure you are low. I have heard you don't want to overdose on this. I only take one drop by mouth at night, because I get some salts in my diet. I would possibly get tested before using this alot or ask your doc. It tastes a bit sweet to me. It is a great product, you only need one drop for about the daily amount you need a day so it last a long time.
