I have had this radio for about a week now, and so far all I can say is, WOW. Right off the bat, the price is amazing for what you get. The options, sub-options, apps, and features are seemingly endless. Im still finding new menu options to parse through that enable countless ways to customize your experience. Installation is fairly straightforward - running the cables for the antennas and usb ports is kind of a pain, but all in all a pretty minor issue. If I had to nit pick a con, Id say the owners manual and install manual are pretty basic and dont cover a lot, so youll probably have questions - but not to fear! - the customer service is EXCELLENT! Very responsive, patient, and helpful with their product.

Pros: Almost plug and play, Blue Tooth Android nice upgrade. Fits and looks better than factory head unit. Cons: Video decoder does not work with factory backup camera 2021 jeep gladiator sport. Returned decoder, and purchased Metra jp-jtkt camera that fit gladiator camera cover. Support slow via chat and email. They sent setting suggestions and software updates, but ended up going with aftermarket camera. Had hoped to avoid extra work of routing camera cable thru full length of the truck.

This is not a simple plug and play as stated. You need to be familiar with the wiring system. If not, professional install would be recommended (approx $300-$400. I would have never ordered it if it would hadn't said "simple plug and play."

Installed this JEEP WRANGLER STEREO and wow, the 9" QLED is crisp! Wireless CarPlay is snappy, and that USB-C fast charging is legit. Wiring was a bit of a grind, but the physical buttons are way safer while driving.
