I bought this product because of the weight difference and the performance of a lithium battery compared to a heavy marine battery. I did have a problem with the original battery. I contacted Expert Power and we walked thru the problem. They shipped me a free lithium battery charger to determine if that was causing the problem. Spoke with customer service several times and resolved the issue. Decided to upgrade to a 100Ah battery. Applied my cost from the 50 Ah battery towards the large model. Much better chose for my application. Kudos to Bryan in Expert Power Customer Service. Very knowledgeable and helpful during this process. Great job!!! Jay Fegely

Just had the Expert Power 100ah lifepo4 battery go bad after only four years with less than 150 discharge/ charge cycles. However, I was storing it after charging it to 100%, so that may have been the reason for the reduced lifespan.

Battery fully charged out the box. Used ONCE on a trolling motor & will no longer charge. (NOCO GENIUS 10) Tried trouble shooting issue with no luck. Item is non returnable so I’m currently waiting on a response from the seller. Wish me luck.

I bought this battery refurbished and had it about a month before I started really using it. I hooked it up to a portable fridge (ARB Zero 47) and charged it with a portable Zamp solar panel. The fridge has a low voltage shut off feature. After a few days, the battery was no longer was charging. Not with solar or my other two dedicated battery chargers. Expert Power is currently working on a solution for me so I'll come back to update this review. UPDATE 12/20: They sent me a replacement and it has been working fabulous since. About a half year in without any issues. The customer service displayed was wonderful and really couldn't ask for more.

Do not buy these batteries, they do not last. The warranty is only good for two years, period. My battery lasted two months after the 2-year warranty expired. You can buy a 50Ah battery at a similar cost with a 10 or 11-year pro-rated warranty with blue tooth included. An independent test showed that the BMS is defective which happened to mine. There is no fix to reset it when it goes and chargers won’t charge the battery anymore. Good luck with customer service.

I have a pair of these 50ah batteries on a small 400w solar array in an rv and love them. Everything about lithium is better and while these are nowhere near the cheapest lithium batteries on the market they are reliable, powerful, and not overrated. My shunt shows I am getting over 100ah from my pair of 50s.

These batteries appear to be as represented, however the terminal for connecting the power and charging cables are very small in diameter (about 5/32" and about 3/8" long which is not long enough when connecting multiple wire terminals to one post. I have other brands with the same specifications the have much stronger terminal posts.

I trust the good reviews and bought this, horrible decision. The quality is really bad and so is the customer service, I tried several new lithium battery chargers and they couldn't charge. I contacted the seller and sent back the item but they insisted that the charging was okay and said the charger I chose was marked for lithium batteries. However it’s actually not suitable for lithium batteries. I asked for a refund since I sent the item back already but the seller says that I was being unreasonable and wouldn’t give me a full refund. The customer service is terrible! Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT buy this!
