My First Homemade Chocolate
I made my first homemade chocolate using this mould and it turned out fantastic! It's quite easy to use. Here's the recipe for you all. Three ingredients only. Prepare the ingredients: - 4 parts cocoa butter (the one in drops or wafers) - 2 parts cocoa powder - 1 part agave syrup I opted for organic ingredients. Set the oven to 40°C (104°F) and melt butter in a steel pot. Put agave syrup in a different pot next to it. You want them both at the same temperature when you blend them. It might take a while for butter to melt but don't rush it by increasing the temperature. Cocoa butter should not be heated to more than 48°C for some scientific reasons I read about that I can't explain. Once butter is fully liquid, mix all ingredients thoroughly. I did it with a spoon but you may use a whisk or fork as well. I mixed it for good five minutes to make sure there are no lumps of cocoa. Pour your blend into moulds and leave it at room temperature. Chocolate, once cooled, was easy to remove. There was no residue, making the mould easy to clean. This mould with ingredients from the recipe above will give a chocolate bar of 90-100g. Great stuff, people.

Excellent moulds
I used these to make some chocolate bars with Daim pieces in them. I melted it all in the air fryer and then poured it into the moulds. Within 10 minutes I could release the chocolate from the moulds with no sticking or residue left behin. Don't know how they'll fare with numerous uses but they are like brand new after the first time, so I'm very pleased with them.

Very thin,easy to clean but thin
Very flimsy and thin like really really thin.It’s hard to stuff it with something inside like caramel or cookie dough or anything really when it’s super thin.

Great, just what I ordered
These are fab for the price, the same size as a standard galaxy bar. The chocolate ends up quite thin which is what I wanted. My partner have also used these for wax melts and both work great. Highly recommend

Good
Quite shallow so you get a fairly thin bar of chocolate but was easy to use and peel away from our chocolate slabs and the kids had enormous fun making their own slabs. Has quite a wide lip so catches any overfilling. Easy to clean.

Etwas dünn aber funktioniert.
Das Silikon könnte stabiler sein, hier ggf. ein Brettchen o.Ä. unterlegen um die gefüllten Formen umzuplatzieren. Ansonsten lassen sich ganz einfach schöne Schokoladentafeln selbst herstellen. Die Form ist ca. 1/2 cm tief, was gängigen Tafeln im Handel gleichkommt.

Man kriegt was man will und es funktioniert gut. Ich finde für den Preis hätte eine vierte Form dabei sein können

Selbstgemachte Schokolade
Perfekt für selbstgemachte Schokolade. Ich mache damit eine komplett ohne Zucker, hab eine eigene Rezeptur, sowas bekommt man sonst gar nicht zu kaufen. :)
