It definitely works. My hair had been falling out and feeling brittle. After 2 weeks the hair loss is significantly less. There is new growth and my hair feels a bit fuller and stronger. The product used to be pure Biotin. No longer. It now contains rice flour as a filler.

Biotin is the only ingredient with vegetable capsule. No fillers, binders, or artificial ingredients. It is gluten and diary free. My nails are doing great! Love this product!

I am just researching this product myself at this time and also have trouble swallowing pills. I read some of the reviews and saw comments that said that the pills are "very small" I see they are gel as well which is a lot easier to swallow than those big capsules and chalky horse pills.
