I wanted to declutter our kitchen counter and I had one particular problem area - our medcines and supplements. I thought a bread box would be a good solution but I didn't want anything too big as we don't have a lot of counter space to begin with. I saw this bread box and thought I would try it - it was cute, matched the color/decor in my kitchen and was a good size. It's absolutely perfect! The colors are true to the picture. It's a good weight and stays in place. Sometimes the door gets hung up on bottles when trying to open, but a simple rearranging easily solves that problem. Overall it was a great purchase that helps make my counter look more clean and neat!

Like many people during the pandemic, my husband really got into baking bread. We did not like that the bread would go stale so quickly, even wrapping the ends. So, even though he thought a bread box would be a bundle of hocus pocus, I talked him into getting one anyway. We had to look for one that would be short enough to fix between our (large) toaster oven & upper cabinets. There were quite a few options, but this was the one that seemed the most "us" in appearance/style. We have to cut our loafs in half, cut a slice off each half, and then they fit in the bread box with the cut sides down; the loafs of sourdough that my husband makes are done in a 6qt dutch oven and 12" proofing basket (not small). Much to the amazement of my husband, having a bread box to keep your breads from going stale, is not a bundle of hocus pocus, and our weekly loafs no longer go stale and get wasted ends.

I'll start by saying this breadbox looks great and it does actually function. The cons- it's on the narrow side. It can't fit a 13" Pullman loaf until you make your first sandwich. Despite a claim of 13.5", the interior is really about 12". It Isn't level. The breadbox wobbles badly on the flat surface of my counter due to the "feet" (really just a seam with a rubber bumber attached) being uneven. It lacks the structural integrity necessary to prevent it from warping side to side due to the thin presssed steel components wanting to twist back to their original shapes. The pros- The printing on the box itself is excellent and the colors match the photo precisely and the roll top works smoothly and appears to close completely and it does the job of keeping my bread fresh. It is sturdy enough to place light item on top for extra space (butter dish, small jar of peanut butter, etc.) So, overall, it does work and it is attractive and is relatively sturdy, however it is unstable and not exactly built like a tank. Worth it at the price, but no higher.

The color matched my kitchen them perfectly. When the box arrived it was missing a tiny rubber piece that was suppose to attach to one side of the opening. There was only one. Other than that, it's cute but it's small. It actually worked well for my limited counter space so I am satisfied with the size. If you are looking for a larger one this one is not it.

I liked this because it looks like an antique. It fits a full loaf and about a half of another. I wish they had this in a bit larger size, but overall it is just as advertised and looks good on my kitchen counter.

I have mixed feelings on this bread box. It's super cute with a retro look made of metal with small holes drilled into it so bread can "breathe" in the box. It does keep my bread products fresher and tidier than on the counter and the price was reasonable but...it's small and not practical for lots of bread. I usually have a loaf of bread and some bagels. They don't all fit until I use 1/4 of the bread loaf and some of the bagels. It's really best for just one small to medium loaf of bread. The top rolls down and isn't very high or deep so you can't double stack products. I kept it because my kitchen is small and counter space is at a premium. Just be aware if you purchase that this isn't a large or deep bread box and impractical for lots of bread products.

I needed a simple solution for keeping my bread off the counter. I didn't need to spend a large amount of money just to have a place for some bread. This is a good, cheap and nice looking bread box. For bread! Not for jewlery. Don't overthink. Unless you have a Better House & Gardens home on Nob hill, this is fine. A big r buy.

Muy bonito pero, aún tienes que poner el pan en bolsas plásticas por que se mete el aire por todos lados y se hace duro el pan, está para exhibición pero no para mantenerlo fresco

Muy retro , entregado en fecha dicha pero ,llego dañado , hay una abolladura de lado derecho , viéndolo de frente , mando fotos. Esto es desde el embalaje pues traía protección de burbuja y doble caja.

Me gusto su diseño, solo que es muy ligera se debe manejar con precaucion para no dañarla, entraran unos 8 panes normales
