Reliable 10GbE Copper Transceiver, Runs Warm
This SFP+ to RJ45 module worked flawlessly with my network setup, providing stable and consistent 10GbE connectivity. The build quality is solid, and installation was plug-and-play with no compatibility issues across my switch. Latency is low, and I haven't noticed any drops in throughput even during heavy file transfers. Like most copper-based SFP+ transceivers, it does run warm, but that’s expected for 10Gb over copper. Adding some airflow in the switch enclosure helps mitigate the heat buildup. If you need a cost-effective way to upgrade to 10Gb networking, this is a solid and reliable option.

Great SFP+ Module
This SFP+ module works great, however, it does run hot. Do not plug these modules in next to each other.

Recognized by Mikrotik
Works with my Mikrotik CRS309-1G-8S+in at 10G full duplex auto. So plug and play. Does get hot 63c normal operating. Stats seem accurate inside of SwitchOs and fun to have. For the price, I'm pretty happy.

Very very Hot!
Works fine but gets extremely hot with minimal usage. Not good.

These give you multispeed (1g, 2.5g, 5g) support in 10gb speed locked SFP+ port!
These SFPs are great, i won't use anything else now.I have an original EA UDMP where the two SFP ports are locked at 10gb.By using one of these WAN2 SFP+ i can have my 1gb ONT connection via RJ45 while in the other SFP+ port i use one of these to connect at 10g via RJ45 to a USW+ POE Gen2 switch. Removing the speed lock limitationI also use these to connect the USW to Mikrotik in another part of the house which also has one of these SFP+ adapters - at 10g over cat5e.Basically perfect, they seem to work in anything, work at all speeds - you won't regret it.Other 10g RJ45 SFP+ adapters do NOT do multi-speed.

works great
I had to do some research for which one I needed. I have 2GB fiber going to my Unifi dream machine pro. I was using starlink and did not need one of these but going from random speeds from starlink to 2GB I had to upgrade. So far it has been perfect with no issues. Oh and my unifi recognized it within seconds.

Compatible, but not reliable.
Worked well, until it didn't. Only lasted about a year.

Does what it says on the tin.
Plugged into my Cheap 4/6 port 2.5/10GB switch and so far no problems.

Initial verdict - Works great to connect a UDM-Pro to a Bell HomeHub 4000's 10Gb port.
We got Bell FTTH with 1.5Gbps down/940 Mbps up on promo. Initially, thinking I was going to get the HomeHub 3000, I was going to try and find a way to hook up my UDM-Pro directly to the optical feed coming into the house. When I saw the HomeHub 4000 had 1 10Gb ethernet, I thought I'd try this instead. And initial results are very promising! Speed tests from my UDM-Pro are coming in at close to 1.5Gbps down with this installed in my SPF+ port. I didn't need to do any configuration on my UDM-Pro, it was plug and play. Happy to be able to get the full throughput of my internet connection.
