I literally received this this morning and I took the recommended dose. A little backstory, I have been backed up for two weeks with little movement. I could barely let out a poof of air. I have been in excruciating pain for two weeks due to constipation. I took this about an hour ago. I was 135 pounds this morning and over the last hour, I have gone to the bathroom about seven times. I didn't know there was so much inside of me. This stuff has cleared me out. I'm down to 130 pounds in an hour! This stuff literally cleared out 5 pounds of stool from my intestines. I will never rely on another laxative other than this one. It literally took less than 20 minutes to start working. I highly recommend this for anybody who is constipated. I recommend taking this when you do not have to go to work or leave your house. I would give this 100 stars if I could. I don't know exactly what y'all put in this stuff but it definitely works.
