Can it be possible to use this with a normal extension pole

Fits all standard acme-threaded extension poles or long handles (pole NOT included). Best to use with metal tipped poles, such as the 12’ or 24’ (3.5 m or 7 m) DocaPole Extension Pole

Why won’t the saw threat on the pole?

Extension poles normally have a an Acme thread of which is 3/4" in diameter, check yours. At the end of the handle is a black Phillips screw which you need to undo until you see the countersunk part showing. Screw the saw on the pole and then retighten the screw. This will then clamp the thread and prevent it unturning in use.

Does the pole extension come with this ?
