This product worked as expected after installation, but after about 6 months and only several uses, the bottom of the part cracked and leaked which resulted in significant damages. See photo of crack. It is outside of the replacement window and I don't know how to contact the seller to get a replacement. 3/24/25 Update: I contacted the seller and they promptly sent a replacement part (good service). I also realized that the crack might have been due to a freeze (so it might have been my fault in the first place not to protect this item during the freeze).

This Full Set Hands-Free Foot Pedal Faucet Touchless Floor Mount Foot Control Faucet Single Cold Pedal Switch Valve Foot-Operated Mixer Tap for Bathroom Kitchen from IBalody make washing up easy. This is a single valve foot control so do not expect anything but cold water (or I guess you could use hot water, but not both). For a shop sink, this is ideal for easy cleanup of greasy hands. The installation was easy and straightforward. If you plan to use in a shop or anywhere that might have cold concrete or wood floors in the winter, I would suggest adding some sort of rubber mat under the foot pedal befor attaching to the floor. The foot valve can freeze if subjected to freezing temps, so plan your installation accordingly. So far the quality of the valve seems very good, only time will tell if durabilty is built into it. I had no leaks from the valve and the hoses seem to be of good quality. Make sure to install the hoses correctly or the valve will not work. This is a very nice addition to the shop sink.
