The T-4 is designed to be used with 200mm (8")x 40mm (1 5/8") wheels whereas the T-8 is designed to be used with 240mm (10") x 50mm (2") wheels.

How do you sharpen table saw and circular blades?

The Tormek is not able to do those. You will need equipment specifically designed for circular saw blades. The Tormek system is designed mainly for hand tools, such as chisels, gouges, knives, scissors, etc.
