Missing a chapter- came in binder/ no book cover
Came in a beat up binder, so I had to purchase a new one. I thought I was buying a book with a cover. No big deal, whatever. As I’m studying for an upcoming exam I realize I’m missing an entire chapter of the book, that’s not acceptable to me when I paid money for the entire book.
