Not matte black

Love these sunglasses, accidentally broke my last pair. Ordered these, unfortunately they are not matte black as described. These are a gloss finish with a clear portion on the side. Not what I was looking for and also not as described if you read on the website. Wasted time ordering and waiting having to send back and order directly from the website. Hope I get the right ones.
