Works perfectly. I got it so I can use a Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM lens on my Canon EOS M50 Mark II.

I guess I got lucky because my copy’s AF is fast. I tried it on my Nikkor 50mm 1.8 and sigma 18-35mm 1.8 AF was fast and focus is spot on. The fitment is nice and tight, it’s not loose at all. The only con is that the AF doesn’t work on 4k 24fps but it does work on 4k 30fps video. Awesome and a must have if you have tons of nikkor lens or f mount lens that you want to use n your M43 camera body.

I probably would have purchased the Canon version for my new R6, however it was unavailable and I needed it sooner. I ordered this one thinking I could always return it if needed. Glad to say that it works great and so will be a keeper. I find it to have a solid feel with all of my glass and hasn't malfunctioned at all. I don't have any RF lens yet so can't compare, but the auto focus is super fast with my Canon 70-200 2.8. When I tried an EF-S lens, it worked fine and the R6 automatically set it to a 1.6 crop.

Adapter had been working on, albeit not a perfect seal on the lens side. Fine on body. I don’t think it leaked light. Got on photo shoot and all of a sudden it stopped communicating with camera. Turns out the little mount that comes on the adapter is very fragile and if it gets pushed upward, even less than 1/2 millimeter, it loses contact. Now this was fixable, just removed it and it worked fine. But then i went to zoom, spin the barrel of the attached lens and the lens isn’t even attached. The lens lock has come loose and no longer locked lens in place. I did t damage the adapter at all. It has only been in a camera bag 2x in the past year. Almost a complete disaster if it wasn’t for gaff tape…

I bought this adapter primarily to use my Tamron AF 70-300 lens with a Canon RP camera, and I'm pleased to say that it works great. Considering its reasonable price, it's definitely a worthwhile purchase.

I am happy with this. It adds a little bit of weight to the camera but it allows me to use lenses I already had and lenses that aren’t available for the digital mirror camera I recently got. Would recommend for sure.

Sometimes requires a couple reseats to actually "click" and be recognized by camera. Decent value

I believe I ordered the wrong mount...this one doesn't fit my GH5...I believe Amazon shows the reviews for a number of these similar items from the same brand, which is why I brought it,not paying attention to the difference in 2 and II ...I also brought it cause it said $156,vs the $218 one I believe I should have brought...if you canon M's I believe it works...but I need the one with II on it for the Panasonic GH5

Brilliant. Makes my APSC camera effectively a full frame equivalent. Nice bonus is increased aperture on my 1.4 50mm lens.

Es muy útil para retratos, primeros planos y foto nocturna. Con EF 50mm f1.4 y 85mm f1.8 en EOS M6, consigues retratos con un bokeh precioso y buena nitidez de extremo a extremo. Con EF 28mm f1.8 las esquinas tienen menos calidad, pero para primeros planos funciona perfectamente. Con EF 70-300mm F4-5.6 ganas un paso de diafragma, lo que ayuda mucho en días nublados o zonas oscuras. Añade algo de distorsión de barril en todas las focales, despreciable en retratos, pero patente en arquitectura.

Je pensais que cet adaptateur ne serait pas totalement compatible pour conserver toutes les fonctionnalités en passant d'un montage EF à R, mais il l'est pourtant à 100 % !!! Je peux ainsi continuer d'utiliser mes objectifs longues focales (donc couteux) sans réinvestir avec mon nouveau boîtier. Un régal !!!! À recommander, car le prix est loin du modèle d'origine, d'ailleurs pas dispo chezCanon au moment de la commande/
