My source for B vitmains
For anyone that wants to eat their nutrients instead of swallowing a pill, I think this stuff is delicious and I look forward to eating it! I have tried other brands and I always come back to this one, I just love the taste and it seems more potent. The protein, fiber and nutrient profile makes this a very functional and versatile food.
