I take it to get rid of water retention and bloat that I sometimes get while taking my trt definitely help get rid of water retention and any bloat you have just be ready you will pee a lot

Great product from a great brand.
Works great as a diuretic if you are retaining liquids. Very inexpensive so it is good value. I love this brand and think they produce some great products.

Works very well & no jittery feeling
Been using these for years. I stopped taking them for a few months and I just ordered them again to help with water retention and weight loss. It usually takes me 1 week to lose ten lbs of water weight on these but it works wonders. I agree with one review where they can get a little stuck in your throat if you don’t drink enough water, well I just drink water before taking it so my throat isn’t dry. You don’t pee any odd color like other diuretics and these have zero jitters. This brand is natural and works, if you want a faster relief I found taking 4 a day works best. 2 in the morning and 2 before dinner- not before bed cause you’ll have to get up and use BR. Sometimes price goes down to 7 dollars which is great!

Raised my blood pressure
Not for me. It worked to get rid of water but made my blood pressure go up 30 points. I Quit taking it and blood pressure went back down in a day and a half

I may already be getting the benefit these are made to give.
I tend to think NOW brand supplements are legit, because I know they sometimes pay to have other companies products tested, and release the results. I don't see any change in urination frequency from the 4 of these a day. I have been trying different lymph cleansing supplements for a while, 1 month for each so maybe they already do what these do, I'm not sure. Individual body chemistry is different so what works for some may not work for others. Giving these the benefit of the doubt and 3 stars.

Love this product
I deal with a lot of water retention and bloating and this product has been a life saver. I can feel the discomfort and bloat leaving my body. Just need to make sure to take 4 daily as recommended.
