Since taking this supplement have no problems with Gas or flutance. Good bacteria at work

Great probiotic and prebiotic
Found these have been so beneficial in aiding my gut health. After lots of on going problems physically I started taking these, this is my second order. They reduced the stomach bloating, constipation, stomach cramps and even my skin looks better. I do take them along with other supplements to reduce cortisol levels and it's worked for me. Good value for money if you take 1 aday it last 6 months I started with 2 aday for the first few weeks and now take 1 a day.

Too Early to Review
Early days yet for using this product so difficult to review. Easy to swallow and not had any problems or side effects. Reasonably priced and product was delivered quickly.

Goodbye to tummy problems
I read about this in a Womans Magazine, Chat. A lady had had stomach problems for ,many years and she read about this product and decided to try it. I read her article and decided to try it myself as she was praising it for sorting out her tummy problems. It has done the trick with me too.

Amazing product, considerably helped with my acne!
I had read a lot about gut health in regards to helping acne sufferers. As mine was pretty bad I decided to buy this product (due to the high content of CFU cultures) and it was still a fairly reasonable price. I have been taking these prebiotics for a month now (along side Vitamin A, DIM vitamins and Vitamin D and magnesium) I have seen a MASSIVE improvement in my skin all over. I would highly recommend this product. It has also made me feel good inside as well as on the outside. Really easy to swallow and almost no taste to them. Must buy!

Not very good for imune system
I swapped to this brand for the first time around 6 weeks ago. After using other brands for around 3 years I have never been ill until now. This is the first cold I have had in 3 years and it is a bad one. I gave 3 stars as they did honour their money back guarantee.
